I’ve spent years in the fitness industry, and one thing became clear—so many women, including myself, were constantly burning out. We were pushing through workouts, ignoring what our bodies were asking for, and feeling disconnected.
It wasn’t until I discovered cycle syncing that everything started to shift. I stopped fighting my body and began listening to it. That changed my energy, my mindset, and how I moved through the world.
I created Enso Flow to share the tools that helped me heal—simple, supportive practices that honor your cycle and meet you where you are.
With a background in holistic nutrition (M.S.), and as a certified yoga instructor, fitness coach, and menstrual coach, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, move with intention, and feel more like you again.

What I Stand For
My Journey Back to Myself
There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from my body—tired all the time, overwhelmed by life, and unsure how to take care of myself. I struggled with hormonal imbalances and just didn’t feel like me anymore.
That’s when I found cycle syncing, yoga, and holistic nutrition. These simple practices helped me slow down, listen to what my body needed, and finally start feeling better—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
They became my reset button. And from that healing, Enso Flow was born—a space to share the same support and tools that helped me come home to myself.
The Healing Path
Learning to live in sync with my cycle changed everything. It helped me understand why my energy shifted, how to move in a way that felt good, and how to eat foods that actually supported my body.
This approach brought me back to life—and back to joy.
Now, I’m here to help other women feel the same shift.
